Site Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing:

Safe site access
Electricity
Water supply
Necessary permissions
Clear working area

Any delay due to site conditions shall not be the responsibility of InnoWork.

Furniture Manufacturing

As most furniture is custom manufactured:

Minor variations in wood grain, laminate texture, fabric, or veneer are considered normal.
Product dimensions follow approved drawings.
Custom-made furniture cannot be returned unless manufacturing defects are confirmed.

Delivery & Installation

Delivery schedules are estimated and may vary due to:

Manufacturing timelines
Transportation delays
Weather conditions
Material shortages
Site readiness

Installation will commence only after the site is ready.

Warranty

Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects as specified in the project agreement.

The warranty does not cover:
